Clearspring organic Japanese 100% buckwheat soba noodles are made by our third generation family producer in nagano, a region renowned for premium quality shinshu soba and a long tradition of making soba. They are gluten and salt free, made from only freshly milled buckwheat flour and water, delivering a rich, nutty flavour and distinctive texture.
