Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No. Registration is not required to place an order through our online store. Upon checkout, you may select ‘Checkout as a guest’ to complete your transaction without registering.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Simply Healthy currently only accepts cheques or cash.  We will soon offer other methods of payment.

Can I view the contents of orders I have placed in the past?

If you are a registered member, you can login with your email and password by clicking the “Login” button in the top right corner of the website. Once you are logged in you will be able to view your ‘History’ of orders.

Can I place my order by phone?

Yes. If you prefer to place your order by phone please call 0263 017 385 to speak to a customer services representative.

What if you no longer have an item in stock?

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock we will promptly notify you when the product is re-stocked.

Do you offer a free Delivery service?

We offer a free delivery service for orders of GH¢ 200 and above.  Orders under GH¢ 200 will attract a delivery fee of GH¢ 15.00.

When will my Order be delivered?

Orders placed before 3.00PM will be delivered on the next working day.   Orders placed after 3.00PM cannot be guaranteed to be delivered the next working day.  Customer Services will confirm the delivery time.  Please see the Delivery section on our website for Delivery times.
