1 x Carrot

1 x Apple

3 x Oranges (Freshly Squeezed) (or 100ml orange juice)

1 x Small Piece of Ginger (about size of thumb or smaller) (to taste)

1 x Teaspoon Barley Grass

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Blend carrot, ginger, and apple together with freshly squeezed orange juice.
  2. Stir in teaspoon of barely grass. (Be careful not to add too much! Barley Grass is a nutrient dense supplement so you need just a little.)

For a little extra ‘zing’ and immune boosting power try increasing the amount of ginger.
