Creative Nature Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. This blend consists of rice flours which are versatile for baking, provide high amounts of fibre as well as nutrients ; buckwheat (which doesn't actually contain gluten or wheat) providing an earthy flavour and contributing to several diverse baking properties, and finally maize flour (milled dried corn kernels), best used in tortillas, breads and muffins.
